Really wasn’t happy with the sevice. Had to cancel flight for my son. Was on hold for over an hour to get cut off straight away the 1st time. 1hour 20 mins semiconductor time only to be told I had to ring airline direct. Rang airline and guess what... I have to cancel through opodo. So again on hold for over an hour to be told yet I had to cancel through airline. Finally cancelled through both airline and was told to forward emails from airlines to opodo for them to sort out refund. Still heard nothing. Will NEVER book through opodo again.
