Very bad customer service and refund policy
As the airline has confirmed the are ready to refund but opodo is not willing to get in touch with them and i have contact them since two weeks no update on the opodo reservation or cancellation very bad policy and customer service It’s so much frustrating and won’t book again with them as it’s worse service ever
