Whilst I understand we are in the midst of a global crisis which has seriously impacted the travel industry it seems my woes with getting through to Opodo are not new. I have had 3 bouts 2 - 2.5 hours of waiting for an agent to pick up my call and then the line goes dead.
Similarly when using the chat service I have sat in the queue for hours and then when an agent picks up an error message.
Reading everyones reviews and seeing how far back these issues go its time to get the Ombudsman involved to review the appalling service they are offering
