I booked a trip to Dublin for a party of 4, the invoice showed me the total price but failed to mention the hidden fees which I later discovered on my credit card. I was changed over £30 in fees for using this site which in the end amounted to the same as booking straight from the airline!
Amidst the Coronavirus pandemic I have been unable to contact anyone regarding my booking. I tried to change the dates initially. Then to cancel as I had cancel for any reason guarantee added to my package. However despite calling continuously over the weekend I could not get through to anyone...What’s worse is that they don’t keep you on hold until an agent is available; they just cut off!
I used the help centre via the app and selected talk to an agent, but I was never contact and they kept returning me to the ‘bot’.
In the end I just called the airline and paid extra to have my flight changed.
After a lesson well learned, my advice is DO NOT USE OPODO!
