As another reviewer noted "Pity no zero star". Continued to receive text messages to check in for my flight despite it having been cancelled by the carrier within 36 hrs of booking. Regarding refund told to refer matter to the carrier....which was a bit rich as Opodo had pocketed £100 for two flights costing £275 all necessitated by the cancellation of flights by our original carrier (subsequently reinstated). If Google et al are serious (yeah ??!!) about protecting customers then this is a site that should be denied access to all search engines. It borders on 'the criminal'. May I recommend to others who post here that a look at the key personnel in the company and their activities is revealing !!!!
