My flight got automatically cancelled due to COVID19. Opodo tells me to contact Turkish Airlines if I want to reschedule or refund. Turkish Airlines tells me they have an agreement with Opodo that Opodo should handle refund or reschedule procedures. They both put responsibility to the other party... And me the customer am left without help... My cancelled flight should leave in 4 days from now, I have zero hope to be helped before that. I hope Opodo will also refund after the flight still.
