Awful company that is content to leave customers stranded and take no responsibility whatsoever!
Not trustworthy at all. I like many others have had my flights cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic and though the airline is offering free rebooking or credit Opodo are not assisting with this. In fact they aren’t assisting full stop. Mainly because:
They DO NOT answer Facebook messages
They DO NOT answer Twitter messages
They DO NOT answer Email messages
They DO NOT answer their phone
Avoid at all costs.
