After 2.5 hrs waiting on the telephone I got some kind of connection. It seems to be to a family home in India. Lots of loud noises, people, speaking, banging around, soft and loud music on my phone.
My issue... SAFE travel from LONDON home to Australia.
The flight they say that I am booked on IS NOT LISTED.
NO customer service. The app and the website are not clear on this situation. My booked airline has 4 other flights on the same day :-).
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE HAPPY TO ENDANGER YOUR LIFE!!!
