Although not as bad as others on here..
Opodo never updated their app about the Coronavirus situation and they thought I was still flying with them the day before..
Luckily Ryanair had already contacted me about a refund so I did not have to go through this company.
Opodo finally messaged saying important information which was actually for my return flight..
This is minimal in comparison to other reviews however speaks volumes of their service. I will not be using them again.
