I booked a flight on the 19th of March 2020. Within 2 hours I needed to cancel this flight. I have spent several hour attempting to cancel this flight to no avail. It is impossible to get through their automated service the robot simply cuts you off. Your can also speak with them through their website. But again its a robot. This is a scam opodo don't want you to obtain any refund. I really would like to know how a company can operate like this without it being flagged up. I've even attempted to contact KLM who the flight is though and what is their response??
