Flights for 3 people on 7 April cancelled and Lufthansa airline confirmed refunds should be made by Opodo as they were our travel agent. Opodo denied this, only offering vouchers which are no good to us. On second call to them they cut us off (it took 1.5 hours to get through each time). They owe us over £1400. The operators do not listen and just repeat the same line over and over. Customer service is appalling.
