We booked flights with Opodo on line earlier this year approx 2 months ago,Then tried to contact via telephone IMPOSSIBLE Tried many days numbers, NEVER ANSWERED Only recorded message, Since then contacted via email, Received reply That a Mr Jacob Traxler would be making a FULL INVESTIGATION, As of today BOTH HEARD FROM HIM EVEN THOUGH HE HAD CONFIRMED THAT HE WOULD GET IN TOP AFTER CARRYING OUT A FULL INVESTIGATION, I have requested many times in last 2 months that he contacts us, All we received is a load of nonsense from a MEL B, I have asked that all our correspondence be passed to OPODO C. E. O. FOR THERE ATTENTION, And still this does not happen, It is now some 2months that we have tried to resolve this issue, QUICKLY TAKE YOUR MONEY,But do not want to return it, DO NOT TRUST, HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE,
