I have had the misfortune of booking easyjet return flights to Berlin with Opodo which were cancelled at the 11th hour by Easyjet. Eventually getting through on the telephone to Opodo I was told politely that I needed to contact Easyjet myself which was almost impossible at the time due to the virus situation. After hours spent on telephone and internet with no result from Opodo, I have now got in touch with Easyjet and within 2 hours have got a voucher for my flights. By law Opodo should have given me a refund in full. I note that Opodo commission for these flights was in excess of £50 for doing what, nothing. I would never use Opodo again, service is appalling.
