I booked flights in March and took out the cancel for any reason insurance. I cancelled my flights on the 3/3/20. Was advised refund would be issued in 10 days. Have spent in excess of 40 hours on the phone with them abs many failed promises of supervisor to call back and emails stating that me email will arrive in 72 hours. 60 days later I am no closer to a refund. The customer service is terrible, different advice each time. I have logged 8 complaints on the portal and not a single one has been acknowledged.
Would never book with Opodo or recommend any one to.
