If I could give Opodo no stars I would. Despite having an airline sanctioned refund from canceled flights with SAS and having email proof from SAS Airlines Opodo is not processing my refund. I was actually on the phone with SAS airlines whilst their agent updated their systems to instruct Opodo to issues refunds for my flights. Opodo is now pretending it is awaiting confirmation from the Airline. From what I can see online Opodo is still operating and taking money from people meaning they are effectively behaving like highway robbers. Don’t believe the 5-star review claiming to be from passenger’s who have supposedly received refunds either, they are fake 1 line reviews. My next step is to issues court proceedings against them in the UK and seek a winding-up petition.
