We bought flights worth £3k in Oct ‘19. Our flights were cancelled in Jan ‘20 and Garuda confirmed they paid refund to Opodo 1 day later.
Today, 6 months later, we got our money back through Visa and coop bank. Opodo did NOTHING!
No way to contact Opodo at all!
They are robbers pure and simple.
Do not deal with this company!
