DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.
I seldom use travel agent companies but decided to this time and am now regretting it. I booked flights to NZ (£2000.00) and then when the COVID-19 outbreak shut NZ to travellers without 14 days self-isolation in an airport hotel. following discussion with my family in NZ I decided not to travel. But despite many many attempts to contact them requesting a refund or travel voucher I have received neither contact nor voucher.
Will definitely NEVER use Opodo again and would advise others to do the same.
