They do not return your money even if it is free cancellation.
I booked a car for september 2020 and I cancelled it in 5th of May 2020. I still didnt take my refund! Absolute fraud.
Never ever book from them. They have this automated message " due to high volumes...etc" which is total BS because i got my refunds from all other vendors.
