DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
Literally the worst service, I've been waiting for an update on cancelled flights for over 3 months. In the meantime, they have actually received the refunded money in full. You'd think that I might be notified or asked whether I'd like this to be refunded, but you would be wrong. If you wait on their chat site you won't get anywhere (2 hours and counting), their phone line 0 207 660 2215, they cancelled their normal number. Please if you're thinking of booking use any other website or go direct.
