- They refuse to refund the cost of flights which were cancelled due to Covid-19.
- The airlines have refunded Opodo however they are not passing on the refunds to the customers who actually purchased the tickets.
- They are essentially stealing their customer's money, stating that it's their policy.
- An awful and dishonest company with shady business practices. By far the worst travel agency that I have ever encountered.
