I can only agree with everything said recently. Due to COVID our internal flights in Argentina were cancelled and in 3 months I have been unable to call or email or write to ANYONE at Opodo - they have gone underground as far as I can see. I am appalled that the story seems to be that they are taking refunds from Airlines and not passing them on - absolute scumbags. I will NEVER use opodo again - had no idea they were so shady. Thank god my international flights were direct with BA and resolved by them months ago.
