NEVER EVER USE OPODO! I rarely ever say this as we all are part of some business in some way or other. During the pandemic when the whole world is struggling, OPODO has shut down its customer services completely, absolutely no way to contact them, they app says your cancellation request has been requested, but no news even after 70 days. I had to call the airlines who said that no refund request has been put before them which means I would loose my £2650. I am now working with the carrier to somehow get a travel voucher. This is absolutely irresponsible behaviour from a travel agency, after having blocked every sensible means of communicating with them. Learned my lesson in the worst way. Will never ever book with an online travel agency ever again especially OPODO.
