Apalling customer service. My flights have been cancelled but I am having HUGE problems trying to get this resolved. Tried to call last week but the voicemail message said they would only deal with queries within 7 days of flight (today). Waited for 1 hour 6 mins to speak to a representative. The line was so awful I asked him to call me back (providing two numbers). he promised to do this and then failed to do so. The website is next to useless as I am unable to amend my flights or claim a voucher. Unless someone responds before the flight date, I will NEVER use Opodo again.
