My flight was also cancelled due to Covid. I got an email from opodo that I could ask for refund or voucher. I asked for a voucher. They said that probably this will not be solved in 10days, so I didnt have to contact them too early about this. It's already one month now and when I tried to talk to the robot on their app they said they know nothing about me asking for a voucher!
NEVER ever again will I book with Opodo! This was the first and last time!!!
