Our return flights were cancelled due to the Corona Virus. We contacted Opodo and we hung on the line for 45 mins spoke to somebody for 5 mins and were then cut off. Tried again, waited another 45 mins spoke to some foreign guy and he said he was going to sort the refund out. We have tried numerous times to contact them and you just cant get through, online is even worse. Is there not an Ombudsman we can go to for these Travel Companies to try get our money back? No star rating !!!
