My flights with Tui which I purchased through Opodo were cancelled by Tui. Tui have notified me of this not Opodo. Tui have organised a refund- sadly to Opodo. Refind has gone through. Again Opodo has not contacted me. I have tried to contact Opodo to get my money back. I can't contact them on the phone as my flights were not scheduled until 16th August and apparently Opodo will only speak to customers with flights in the next 7 days. I have tried online but the Opodo website tells me to contact Tui to ask for a refund. I am going round and round in circles. I have no flights and no refund. Thanks Opodo this is a new low in customer service I will never use the Opodo site again. I am now off to contact my credit card company to see if they can help resolve this.
