Booked my flight London-Athens for 1 July 2020, got cancelled as Greece extended the travel ban on direct flights from the UK. Wizzair repaid Opodo on 2 July, and I have two letters from the airline confirming that. Opodo kept saying they know nothing about my refund, and only on 19/07 they agreed to ‘claim’ my refund, saying it will take 90 days. For what, for the money that had already been sent to their account? As far as I can see, none here got their money back from them even after 90 days. Takes over an hour to connect with anyone on their customer service.
