If anyone reading this is pondering whether to use Opodo... I beg you to find another travel agency. This is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with, in any industry.
Flights for Thailand are booked in September, but have been rescheduled numerous times due to COVID. However, not once have Opodo got in contact to notify us that there has been a change. Plus, when you do finally get in touch with them, they have the incorrect flight information in their systems.
In terms of customer service, the staff are rude and lack any ounce of empathy. You will be waiting for 45+ minutes on hold and when you do reach someone they are about as much use as a chocolate teacake. They will promise to contact you... never do. Then to top it off, you can no longer call them unless your flight is in 7 days. Right now we are unsure about our flights and have no way to get any confirmation.
Do not trust your money with this service, far better travel agencies out there compared to this farcical excuse of a travel company.
