Absolutely terrible. For one minor issue had to call them four times, waiting average 20 to 30 minutes each time. No way to get an invoice directly from their website, you have to CALL them to get one, and then when you do they don't send it! A total disaster. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, book with the airline direct.
