Due to the pandemic I had to cancel mine and my daughter's flight from the US to Kenya for august 2020. Then the airline also cancelled. I had booked through Opodo. For months, the status is that it is cancelled; any queries it says go to manage reservation, but there is no way to go any further than that. There is no way to contact Opodo either with a chat, a phone call or email. The flights were over $2000 and I can ill afford to sacrifice that money. I will never use Opodo again, and I am still hoping that something will be done so I get a voucher or a refund.
