Booked a holiday with these ,they did not send me my booking reference so when i needed to cancel i could not .Even the phone number was an automated message asking for my reference number.you can not cancel on line without this booking reference.You can not get anywhere without the reference number,i believe this is a deliberate ploy.
Absolutly a disgrace and one that cost me nearly £1600.
Stay well clear.
