DO NOT BOOK! Booked flights in December '19. Flights cancelled in Feb '20, request for refund made in March. it's now half way through September and we're still waiting on an almost 2k refund.
Airlines have confirmed all flight refunds have been issued. Useless call centre/associates, have little faith we'll ever see our money back.
