I imagine anything else couldn't be any worse than to deal with this.
No customer service you cant get hold of them at all.
It has been over 5 months and very very disappointed. I wish I bought my flight tickets directly from the airline which is much safer and more trustable than here. I will take this company to court soon and there are millions of people who are having the same issue.
SHAME on this company.
