Dreadful. Do not use. I can only describe it as theft in relation to how they have acted with Covid-19 related cancellations and refunds. Booked a Ryanair flight via Opodo. Ryanair, 3 months later, refunded us but it did not appear in our bank account. Further investigations with Ryanair indicated the refund has gone to Opodo.
NOT ONCE DURING THE 2 MONTH PERIOD OF RECEIVING OUR REFUND MONEY FROM RYANAIR DID OPODO ATTEMPT TO CONTACT US TO SAY THEY HAD OUR MONEY. PRESUMABLY THEY WOULD HAVE KEPT IT IF IT WASN'T FOR MY CONSTANT CHASING UP!!
