I ordered two frames, and one arrived damaged. The other was perfect, looks amazing on my wall. I emailed customer service about the damaged frame, and was sent a new one immediately. Top customer service, and really great wood frames! I love that they use plexiglass instead of glass, they’re so much lighter that way. Highly recommend.
