I recently purchased a wooden frame from Opposite Wall. It arrived in only a few days but unfortunately was damaged during transport. I emailed the company and promptly received a response, with a solution. I am really impressed with the customer service and the frame is beautiful. I was hesitant to initially purchase from Opposite Wall but will now buy all my frames from them. Saves me $300 or more and a trip to a framing store.
