The first frame I ordered had a faulty finish - I left a review detailing this and was contacted by a customer service representative who kindly sent me a replacement frame at no cost and without the nuisance of having to return the faulty frame. Unfortunately the replacement frame has exactly the same issue as the first. Either I was very unlucky or there is a larger issue in manufacturing - either way I will probably not be ordering again. I guess you get what you pay for. EDIT - I was contacted by a customer service rep after posting this review and was offered a full refund for my purchase - I really appreciate this. The rep also let me know that they’re investigating this quality issue. Thanks for a satisfactory solution to my problem.
