I originally had an issue with my order that was out of Opposite Wall’s control. They were so kind to send another order free of charge. Customer service was so responsive, and I am more than happy with them as a company. As for the frames, they are such high quality for their cost. I am extremely happy with them, and I love that they aren’t veneered like other places. That new wood smell drew me in, and the quality makes artwork look hella fancy.
