I ordered three Black Oak Frames (19¾x27½ in) from Opposite Wall on July 31, when I received them on August 9 they had unfortunately been damaged during shipping. I emailed customer support about it right away and they shipped me three replacement frames the next day. The customer support from Opposite Wall is excellent, and I am happy to report I received the replacement frames today (Aug 17) and they are in perfect condition. I’ve already framed my prints, and can’t wait to hang them!
