I ordered the Rose Gold Metal Frame, 24x36 in, and the frame was great but the plexiglass arrived with a crack that appeared to have happened during manufacturing. I notified them and they promptly sent a new one. The new one arrived damaged as well due to lack of packaging in the box so I repeated the process and the last one arrived with a scratch on the glass. I didn't want to continue to get new ones so they refunded my money. I will say the service was wonderful but the product quality was very poor.
