I love this company’s aesthetic and style. The website is informative and easy to use. The frames look classic and high quality. I was not satisfied with my first order, due to a damaged mat and a white wood frame that had quite a different texture than the product photos. I thought my disappointment could have been avoided easily, with better packing practises and perhaps a video of the white oak frames. However, the customer service was great and the return process was easy, so I may try my luck again with a different item.
