I purchased 6 oak frames (16x16). They came very quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately one frame had a scratch in it when I unwrapped it. I emailed customer service and they responded quickly and sent me a new frame (no charge) in 5 days! Very happy with their customer service :) The frames look great in my home!
