I ordered 3 large oak frames and had them stored a few months until I was able to put up. When I opened them, I noticed that all 3 had broken corners. Despite being out of a return window, they without question sent me 3 replacements! Excellent customer service and I love the frames. We currently have 6 frames in our house and love them all. Although the front is plastic, it is high quality and looks like glass.
