Their service is outstanding. There was an issue with the carrier which I tried to resolve directly with them to no avail (and with much frustration). When I finally contacted Opposite Wall they responded so quickly and it was so painless I only wish I had more things that needed frames! 11/10 for exceptional service - it’s a unicorn these days.
