In general the experience was excellent, and customer service great. Easy to order, fast delivery. I unfortunately had to return my frame because it didn't work with the other ones I already had. I ordered the 24x36 white metal frame. The colour of the white was more of an off-white/slightly creamy so it didn't work with the other white frames I had. Note that it also had a little bit of a "grainy" texture (was not smooth) but that didn't really bother me. The quality was good and the return process super easy. I would definitely order from them again!
