I had ordered two identical frames and one arrived broken. It was not noticeable when wrapped but once I removes the Styrofoam in the corners, the actual wood had a natural crack in it which had expanded and made the corner crack as well. I immediately wrote to the customer service and included pictures. The following morning I received an email saying that they had shipped me a new one and that the pictures I sent actually accelerated the process! Great customer service :)
