Our package arrived quickly! Unfortunately, one of our frames arrived damaged despite what appeared to be good packaging. I contacted the support team and they responded by quickly shipping a replacement with no trouble! The frames were very nice quality, and the plastic gives off a glass-like appearance without the weight/cost that would come with glass frames. Highly recommend.
