Really disappointed with the return process and policy of opposite wall. Especially given the nature of the product, a frame often has to be taken out of the box to see if it and works in a space. To not accept a return with all of the original packaging minus the plastic that the frame was wrapped in makes no sense and would never make me return to try another product. Taking photos, along with measuring and weighing the package is an outdated method that is far too much work on the customer. Will not be returning to this company.
