Delivery was fairly prompt, with good tracking. Unfortunately, the frame wasn't what we had envisioned. Had to return. So far the return process is fairly smooth. Hoping the credit to my card is swift. If you don't like your frame, I advise you leave it wrapped as it was delivered to you to ensure an uncomplicated return if necessary.
