I purchased a large order of frames and boarders. I received 4 items that were damaged. I've e mailed customer support about these damages and have had no response despite following up multiple times. One of my frame was indented with a chunk missing and 3 of the white boarders I ordered had large black marks on them. I will never order from here again. I won't be able to use these frames to display in my home due to the damages. Waste of time and money spent.
